The Riverfront Parks – River Common, Nesbitt Park and the Kirby Park Natural Area  are a vision of community revitalization, realized. The newly renovated riverfront is a green space and a gathering place. It adds value to our quality of life, is an asset to our economic development and provides a stage for entertainment, education, arts and recreation. It is the recipient of recent international, state and regional programmatic and design recognitions, and holds historical significance as America’s 16th oldest park. It is ours to use, to enjoy and to support.

As an integral member of our community, Riverfront Parks Committee is asking you to contribute to the Riverfront Parks – Nesbitt, Kirby Park Natural Area and the River Common- and take stake in our communities most prized asset.

Your contribution to the Riverfront Parks Committee provides us with the resources we need to fulfill our mission: connecting our community to the Susquehanna River. While the Riverfront Parks Committee serves as the public steward of our riverfront, programming, promoting and managing its use, we do not stand alone to support the park. We receive no government allocation or public monies and are funded entirely by private business and individual contributions. It is our network of community partners that allows us to make our vision a reality, and that’s why we are asking for your help.

Make your Contribution Today in Support of the Riverfront Parks Committee’s work.
